Be prepared for a potential test cell rupture.

Use the VSP-HALO-6000 if there a chance a test cell may rupture to isolate the containment vessel from the solenoid box.  Close the ball valve on the HALO during the pressure-generating excursion. (The ball valve on the vessel should remain open).  Re-open the ball valve on the HALO if the test cell remians intact for pressure balancing during cooldown.
